Many home care jobs sound full-time until client schedules change, a case ends, or shifts disappear.

Our Caregiver Certainty Program was created to offer something different: greater income stability for dependable caregivers who can give us the scheduling flexibility our clients need.

Qualified program participants receive guaranteed pay for 36 hours each week, provided they meet the program's availability and scheduling requirements.

If client caregiving hours are temporarily unavailable, you may work scheduled office, training, administrative, or support hours instead.

What We Offer

What You'll Do

This is a flexible caregiver position designed to help us provide dependable coverage for our clients throughout the Wake Forest and Raleigh area.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Companionship and conversation

• Personal care and hygiene assistance

• Bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance

• Mobility and transfer assistance

• Meal preparation

• Light housekeeping

• Medication reminders

• Transportation to appointments, errands, and activities

• Meaningful activities and social engagement

• Providing coverage for different clients based on scheduling needs

• Assisting with training, administrative, or other office support duties when client hours are not available

How the Caregiver Certainty Program Works

This position is different from a traditional home care schedule.

In exchange for guaranteed weekly pay, CCP caregivers provide us with greater scheduling flexibility.

Participants must:

• Be available five days per week

• Maintain a supervisor-approved 12-hour availability window on each of those days

• Be willing to work with different clients based on business needs

• Travel to client homes throughout the Wake Forest and Raleigh service area

• Accept assignments that fall within their approved availability and qualifications

• Be willing to assist with office, training, or support work when caregiving assignments are temporarily unavailable

• Maintain dependable attendance and communication

Who We're Looking For

This position is best suited for an experienced caregiver who:

• Wants steady, predictable income

• Is highly dependable

• Has broad scheduling availability

• Is comfortable working with more than one client

• Can adapt to changing client and scheduling needs

• Communicates professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff

• Takes pride in providing compassionate, respectful care

• Is comfortable working independently in clients' homes

Qualifications

• Personal Care Assistant or comparable hands-on caregiving experience

• CNA certification is strongly preferred

• Experience assisting with activities of daily living and personal care

• Reliable transportation

• Valid driver's license

• Current automobile insurance

• Ability to travel between client homes in the Wake Forest and Raleigh area

• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements associated with assigned client care

Schedule

This is a full-time flexibility position, not a fixed client schedule.

Caregivers must commit to five days of availability each week within an approved 12-hour availability window. Actual assignments and start/end times may vary within that window depending on client needs.

Specific availability expectations will be reviewed during the interview process so candidates clearly understand the program before accepting the position.
