Seniors Helping Seniors® Ozarks is growing, and we are looking for a full-time Staffing Coordinator to help us find compassionate, dependable caregivers who want to make a difference in the lives of seniors in our community.
This role is responsible for actively recruiting, screening, hiring and onboarding caregivers to support our expanding client base. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview
The Staffing Coordinator will manage the full hiring process - from sourcing candidates to onboarding new caregivers - while helping build a strong and reliable care team.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit and source caregiver candidates through job boards, social media, and community outreach
Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings
Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective caregivers
Coordinate background checks and hiring paperwork
Assist with onboarding new hires
Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment records
Communicate regularly with leadership regarding hiring needs
Attend occasional hiring events or community recruiting opportunities
Qualifications
Previous recruiting, HR, staffing, or hiring experience preferred
Experience in healthcare or home care is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple applicants and priorities
Comfortable using job boards, email, and applicant tracking systems
Passion for helping seniors and supporting caregivers
Schedule
Full-time
Monday – Friday
