Seniors Helping Seniors is seeking a dependable and organized Office Assistant to support daily operations, scheduling, and client coordination.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to step in where needed to support both office and caregiving operations.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing caregiver and client scheduling
• Answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
• Assisting with in-home assessments as needed
• Supporting hiring efforts, including scheduling and assisting with interviews
• Maintaining accurate records and communication with clients and staff
• Providing coverage for caregiver shifts when needed (required)
We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility is essential for this role.
This position includes a 120-day introductory period to evaluate performance, reliability, and overall fit.
