Mandarin-Speaking Caregiver – Seniors Helping Seniors

Company Overview:
At Seniors Helping Seniors, we provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care to older adults. Our mission is to match active, mature adults with seniors who need support to remain independent. We are now seeking a Mandarin-speaking caregiver to join our growing team and serve our Mandarin-speaking senior clients.

Position Summary:
As a caregiver, you will provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and personal care assistance. Your fluency in Mandarin will be essential for communicating with clients and ensuring they feel comfortable and understood.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with daily living activities (e.g., dressing, bathing, grooming)
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities
• Communicate regularly with clients’ families and staff

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin (verbal communication required)
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
• Must be 40 years or older
