Our Mission

Our mission is to connect compassionate, capable seniors (55 ) with peers who need help with everyday, non-medical tasks. Through companionship and support, we foster purpose, independence, and community — one relationship at a time.

Who You Are

You might be a great fit if you are:

• Kind, patient, and compassionate

• Interested in meaningful, flexible work

• New to caregiving or experienced — we welcome both

What You’ll Do

• Provide companionship and conversation

• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Offer medication reminders

• Run errands and provide transportation to appointments

• Assist with daily activities, including Alzheimer’s/Dementia support (training provided)

✅ Requirements

• Treat clients with dignity and respect

• Reliable communication skills

• Weekend availability (when needed)

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (if driving)

• Ability to meet Washington State requirements, including background check and drug screening
