Full-Time Care Manager 35 hours per week M-F

SeniorCare Inc. is currently looking for a dedicated Care Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing consumer-centered assessments and facilitating the authorization, coordination, and monitoring of services for elderly individuals, enabling them to lead independent lives within their community.

Qualifications:

· Strong communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with consumers, their families, and support networks.

· Proficiency in computer usage, including data entry, word processing, and research, is necessary.

· Prior experience working with elders and/or in a community service setting is highly desirable.

Starting range: $23.00 per hour. The range for this position is established based on internal equity and market data. Individual rates may vary within the established range based on directly relevant experience and credentials. Final offers are not negotiable.
