Experienced Caregivers Wanted – All Shifts Available (No PRN)
Position: Caregiver
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
Service Areas: Warsaw and Syracuse, Indiana
Shifts: All Shifts

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, etc.)
- Prepare and cook meals
- Provide medication reminders
- Aid with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Support mobility and walking
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Provide transportation and assist with errands as needed
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Auto insurance
- Pass a hair follicle drug test and national background check
- Pass a TB test
- Experience in caregiving techniques, home care, and elder care
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to connect with older adults and individuals with disabilities
- Ability to offer both physical and emotional support
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and compassion
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Reliable availability is essential, as we do not offer PRN (as-needed) shifts
