We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Home Health Aide or Caregiver to join our Los Lunas team. You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, following a personalized care plan to help them live safely and comfortably with dignity and independence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist clients with daily activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and fall prevention support
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes
• Remind clients of medications at scheduled times
• Provide companionship and build genuine relationships with clients and their families
• Document care notes and report any changes in client condition to your supervisor promptly
• Transport clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed
• Engage clients in exercises and activities that support their health and wellbeing

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 6 months of paid caregiving or home health aide experience is required
• Active and valid driver's license with reliable transportation to client homes in Albuquerque and surrounding areas
• Ability to pass criminal background check, MVD check, drug screening, and health screening
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, and your care team
• Ability to work independently with compassion and integrity
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is preferred but not required if experience requirement is met
