Senior Transition Services is a full service moving company offering complete downsizing, sorting, packing, moving and unpacking services for clients who are moving. We also offer complete estate clear out services for families who have lost a loved one.
Are you compassionate, energetic, and passionate about helping Senior Citizens? We’re seeking a Marketing Representative to connect with referral sources to promote our personalized moving services — designed to make relocating easier for residents and their families.
About the Role
You’ll serve as the face of our company, building meaningful relationships with senior living communities, placement specialists, real estate agents, attorneys, and other referral sources. Your goal is to create awareness of our services so referral sources understand how we can make the moving process smoother, kinder, and less stressful for their new residents and their families.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join the team. You’ll work in Metro Atlanta—meeting with community staff, referral sources, and building relationships. You will help us realize our mission to ease the challenges faced by seniors as they transition in this next phase of their lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, including senior living communities, placement specialists, real estate agents, attorneys, and other professionals in the senior services industry.
- Identify and pursue new referral sources through research and networking.
- Attend networking events and community events to promote our services and increase brand awareness.
- Promote our moving and downsizing services through on-site visits, networking events, community events, and community outreach.
- Utilize CRM to manage leads, track progress, and report on activities.
- Collaborate with management to create effective strategies for market penetration and growth
- Develop and implement strategies to grow visibility within our service territory.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with referral sources to nurture trust and generate qualified leads.
- Manage social media platforms to engage with our community and promote our services.
- Create compelling content for various marketing channels including email, website, and print.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, community outreach, or sales preferred — especially in senior living, moving services, or healthcare industries.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Empathetic personality with genuine interest in assisting seniors and their families.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to communities, network meetings, and community events.
- Self-motivated, organized, and professional.
- Ability to building long-term relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Home office/work space.
- Warm, personable, and comfortable talking with people of all ages
- the ability to quickly build trust and rapport.
- Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and digital communication platforms.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related fields.
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to create engaging content.
