About the Role:
As a Dietary Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents. You'll work closely with our Dietary Manager and other kitchen staff to create delicious and nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs of our residents. You'll also maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety guidelines and regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with our residents' dietary needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety guidelines and regulations
• Work collaboratively with the Dietary Manager and kitchen staff to plan and execute meal services
• Receive and store food deliveries, ensuring accurate inventory management
• Participate in menu planning and special event planning
• Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and waste management
• Collaborate with the dietary team to develop new recipes and menu ideas
• Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, family members, and visitors
