What You'll Do
- Deliver Legendary Hospitality to residents, families, and visitors every day.
- Serve as an elevator attendant, helping residents safely travel between floors during our modernization project.
- Be a friendly, reassuring presence while residents navigate temporary disruptions.
- Handle concerns and frustrated residents or family members with patience, empathy, and strong de-escalation skills.
- Communicate clearly, anticipate needs, and know when to involve community leadership.
- Pitch in with dining, housekeeping, and other community needs when assigned.
- You're a people person! You genuinely enjoy connecting with others and making their day better.
- You stay cool under pressure. Upset residents or family members don't rattle you — you listen, reassure, and find solutions.
