No CDL required. DOT certification required.

What You’ll Do
- Provide safe, reliable transportation for residents to appointments, outings, and community-sponsored activities
- Create warm, welcoming experiences during every interaction and ride
- Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle safely and respectfully
- Help maintain community vehicles, including cleanliness and basic upkeep
- Support the upkeep and appearance of the community exterior as needed
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow associates
- Live out the Senior Star promise to “Do for each other with love”
- Professional in appearance, attitude, and communication
- Patient, dependable, and service-minded
- Passionate about helping seniors and creating positive moments
- A strong teammate who is always willing to jump in and help others
