Your Role As a Medication Manager
- Provide care and assistance to residents, including support with activities of daily living.
- Observe and monitor residents’ behavior and changes in condition.
- Administer medications accurately to assisted living and memory care residents.
- Process doctor’s orders and maintain medication inventories.
- Chart and maintain accurate records of all medication administration and care services.
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests, ensuring their needs are met with care and respect.
- Participate in resident programs and activities, fostering engagement and joy.
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Certified Medication Manager (required).
