What You'll Do
- Lead the clinical operations of Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing.
- Recruit, coach, and develop nursing, medication, and care teams.
- Ensure residents receive safe, personalized, and high-quality care.
- Partner with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers to support exceptional outcomes.
- Drive regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, staffing, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and community leadership team to create a Top in Class resident and associate experience.
- Current RN license required.
- Minimum 2 years of Director of Nursing leadership experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or a related senior living setting.
- Strong knowledge of clinical operations, compliance, and team leadership.
- A passion for developing others and improving the lives of seniors.
