Always Best Care is looking to add a physical therapist, with an opportunity to a full-time position, to our Home Health team. We are seeking a candidate to add to our energetic team, and who will provide quality patient care and contribute to the overall well-being of individuals in need of physical therapy services. Medical specialties:
Qualifications
- Graduate of Physical Therapy program.
- Possesses current registration or license as required by the state of practice.
- Minimum of two (2) year experience in a health care facility or equivalent experience preferred, not required.
- Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills interpersonal skills.
- Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state/Agency requirements. Good driving record and reliable transportation.
- Current CPR certification.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid in patient recovery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
