- Personal care tasks, bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry
- Companionship and daily living support
- Start-of-care visits
- Last-minute call-outs and shift coverage
- Short-notice and overflow assignments
- Supporting different clients and locations
Because this is a flexible float position, strong communication and responsiveness are essential. We're looking for caregivers who:
- Respond promptly to calls, texts, and messages from the office
- Return office calls and messages in a timely manner
- Notify the office promptly about client concerns or changes
- Follow company call-put and attendance procedures
- Take ownership of their schedule and commitments

- Broad weekday availability
- 2 weekends per month availability
- Ability to respond quickly to shift assignments
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel
- Strong attendance, dependability, and communication

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred
- CNA certification (active from the state of TN) required for CNA pay rate
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days
- Smartphone with active data service
- Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
Salary : $16 - $500
