Guaranteed hours leadership caregiving role for experienced CNAsSenior Solutions Home Care is seeking dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to serve as Lead Caregivers supporting clients and care teams across our service area.This leadership caregiving role is ideal for experienced CNAs who are reliable, adaptable, and comfortable stepping in where care is needed most. Lead Caregivers provide hands-on care while also helping ensure continuity of care by covering start-of-care visits, caregiver call-outs, and open shifts.This role is best suited for dependable CNAs who take pride in reliability and are comfortable stepping in to support clients when care coverage is needed.

- Support start-of-care visits and urgent coverage needs
- Cover caregiver call-outs and open shifts to ensure clients receive uninterrupted care
- Follow individualized care plans and observe/report changes in client condition
- Communicate with scheduling and office staff regarding client needs
- Assist in mentoring and supporting other caregivers when needed

Requirements
Availability ExpectationsLead Caregivers maintain flexible availability to support client needs, including:
- Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM
- At least two weekends per month
- Occasional overnight shifts may be required for private pay clients
- Willingness to travel up to 50 miles for shift coverage
- Active CNA certification in good standing
- Compassion for seniors and individuals needing assistance
- Strong reliability and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Smartphone capable of supporting company apps for scheduling and communication
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Salary : $16 - $18
