Key Responsibilities
Greet clients, visitors, caregivers, and staff with warmth and professionalism
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and office visitors
Answer and route calls professionally while handling inquiries with confidence and courtesy
Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming office environment
Coordinate and assist with scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks
Support key members of leadership and office staff as needed
Handle office correspondence, filing, data entry, and document management
Maintain organization of office supplies and administrative systems
Provide concierge-level customer service to all incoming calls and visitors
Assist with special projects and day-to-day office support duties
