This is more than a typical caregiving role. You'll be a go-to, trusted caregiver who steps in when it matters most by supporting start-of care visits, covering urgent needs, and helping maintain seamless care for clients.

This role is designed for caregivers who value consistency and flexibility:
- Monday - Friday: Availability between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- At least 2 weekends per month
- Willingness to step in for last-minute or urgent coverage needs
- Ability to travel up to 50 miles to support clients across the service area
You'll provide hands-on care while also serving as a reliable, mobile support resource:
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene)
- Meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, some transportation
- Follow and uphold individualized care plans
- Step in for: start-of-care visits, call-outs and last-minute shifts, unfilled or overflow cases
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Communicate with scheduling and office staff
- Help train and support other caregivers
- Build strong relationships with clients and families
- $16 - $18 / hour based on experience

Requirements
- Active CNA license
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- Reliable transportation (daily travel required)
- CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Smartphone with data (for scheduling & clock-in/out)
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
Salary : $16 - $18
