HVAC Installation & Service Technician
Senior Services Plus is hiring a full-time HVAC Installation & Service Technician to install, repair, replace, maintain, and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and water heaters.
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. No after-hours or on-call work.
Responsibilities:
- Install, test, repair, and replace HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose system, airflow, temperature, and efficiency issues.
- Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, gas piping, venting, electrical components, thermostats, and drains.
- Prepare estimates and complete job documentation.
- Follow safety requirements, codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- HVAC training or apprenticeship.
- 1–2 years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
- EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Residential HVAC troubleshooting knowledge.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and use HVAC tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and move up to 100 pounds.
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, confined areas, and varying weather.
- Stand, bend, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
