What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing and Sales Director position at Senior Services of America?
Responsible for responding to and following up with all inquiries, tracking and maintaining accurate records for all leads as well as establishing and maintaining referral sources and networking opportunities. Responsible for successful sales closing resulting in new move-ins to increase and/or maintain budgeted occupancy. Demonstrate leadership among team members and ensure a smooth move-in process for all new residents. This position is for the greater Seattle area.
