Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and decisive Transportation Manager to lead daily operations of a dynamic transportation program serving seniors in Midland County. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering safe, efficient, and client-focused services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily transportation operations and scheduling
  • Lead, motivate, and support drivers and volunteer staff
  • Coordinate high-volume ride requests across multiple destinations
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and performance standards
  • Manage vehicle maintenance, inspections, and fleet readiness
  • Train new volunteer drivers and conduct annual meetings
  • Monitor program efficiency and implement improvements
  • Handle budgeting, reporting, and billing processes
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field (preferred)
  • High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Experience working with seniors, families, or volunteers preferred
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record required

Pay: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
