The Role
We are looking for a driven, organized, and service-minded professional to support our office operations, client relationships, and growth. This role blends systems management, client care, scheduling for new contacts, and systems management — ideal for someone who thrives on variety, isn't afraid of the phone, and wants to build a long-term career in a growing agency.
Primary Responsibilities
- Outbound calling to schedule new appointments and assist with current clients
- Conduct client reviews ensuring coverage still fits their needs and life changes. Provide solutions when appropriate based on needs.
- Oversee and maintain office software, CRM, and workflow tools so follow-ups never fall through the cracks.
- Help with community education events from logistics to day of execution
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain life and health insurance license
- Ability to work well with others, proactively anticipate and develop solutions
- Expertise with Microsoft Office products
- Self-Motivated, disciplined, and goal oriented
- Excellent communication and writing
- Demonstrate competency in creating a comprehensive plan for individuals. Ability to thoroughly explain why a recommendation is being made in a situation.
- Problem solver with the resources provided based on principles taught
This position will offer base salary plus production bonus. Benefits offered include health insurance and employer matching retirement contributions. Opportunities for advancement exist for right candidate.
