Hair Stylist Job Description
Senior Salon Services has an immediate opening for a part-time Hair Stylist to join our team.
We are looking to hire stylists to work in our senior community beauty salon one day a week.
If you love to work with elders and work at your own pace, this position is for you...and no nights and no weekends!
Signing Bonus: 50.00 after 3 months of work
Hair Stylists Skills and Qualifications:
- DE Cosmetology License is required
- At least 5 years experience
- Experience using different types of scissors, trimmers and other tools to create hairstyles
- Must be able to do all types of hair. Services include: cuts, press and curls, sets, curls, perms, colors, etc.
- An understanding of the different types of hairstyles a person can request and how to achieve those looks
- The ability to communicate with customers and understand a look they want, even if they don’t know the technical terms for a certain style
Additional Perks:
- Supplies are provided with the exception of scissors and electrical equipment
- NO NIGHTS AND NO WEEKENDS
