About Us
Senior PsychCare provides collaborative behavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities. Our multidisciplinary teams include Board-Certified Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants, Licensed Psychologists, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers/Licensed Professional Counselors/Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. We focus on continuity of care—not triage—ensuring our patients receive comprehensive, and compassionate services to achieve their best quality of life.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments
to set/manage treatment plans
- Manage psychotropic medication and gradual dose reductions
- Collaborate with nursing home staff and SPC’s behavioral health team
- Participate in treatment team meetings (in-person and virtual)
- Deliver care both in-person and via telehealth when appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR system

Qualifications
- Licensed NP or PA in the state of Texas
- Psychiatric/mental health experience required
- Experience with geriatric populations strongly preferred
- Spanish bilingual is a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable traveling locally
