Senior PsychCare provides collaborative behavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities. Our multidisciplinary teams include Board-Certified Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants, Licensed Psychologists, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers/Licensed Professional Counselors/Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. What You’ll DoÂ
- Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments
to set/manage treatment plansÂ
- Provide individual, family and/or group psychotherapy for seniors
- Collaborate with nursing home staff and SPC’s behavioral health teamÂ
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings (in-person and virtual)Â
- Deliver care both in-person and via telehealth when appropriateÂ
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR systemÂ

QualificationsÂ
- LCSW/LPC/LMFTÂ in the state of TexasÂ
- Experience with geriatric populations strongly preferredÂ
