Family Care Advisor (Entry-Level Inside Sales & Customer Service)
As a Family Care Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for families reaching out. You’ll answer calls, assist with scheduling, provide follow-up support, and help guide families through the next steps. This role combines inside sales, reception, and customer service , ensuring every family receives excellent care and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route phone calls, texts, and emails with professionalism
- Welcome and support families with kindness and empathy
- Schedule appointments and follow-up calls
- Keep accurate records in the CRM system
- Provide friendly reminders and check-ins after services
- Assist with customer service needs and resolve concerns quickly
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth communication
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Previous customer service, reception, or inside sales experience preferred (not required)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using phone, Zoom, email, and computer systems
- Positive attitude, coachable, and eager to grow
