NOW HIRING CONCIERGE FOR SPRING CREEK ASSISTED LIVING
Saturday and Sunday schedule, with flexibility to fill in as needed
The Concierge provides courteous and professional assistance to community guests and residents
pertaining to daily needs. This position acts as the visible point of contact for community guests and is
available to assist both residents and guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• greets guests and answers guest inquiries
• facilitates resolution of resident requests, such as transportation or valet requests, work orders, and
other special requests
• assists guests with baggage handling while entering and exiting or to and from rooms as requested
• communicates effectively with team members using handheld or vehicle-installed communication devices
• assists with ensuring that activities booked are accurate and meet standards
• receives all incoming and outgoing guests
• directs all incoming telephone communication
• communicates and follows up with team members to ensure that other specific guest requests are
completed satisfactorily
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
Education and/or Experience
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or 0-3 months related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• hospitality/customer relations experience a plus
• ability to multi-task
Communication Skills
Computer Skills : competency with Microsoft Office Suite
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:
• regularly required to talk or hear
• frequently required to: sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
