Job Title: Clinical Manager – Home Health Agency

Position Summary:
The Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing Compliance to adhere to Company Requirements by AHCA for Registry. Our Clinical Manager will also perform as an Assistant Director of Nursing who is familiar with various computer systems and can think on their feet. We are looking for a fresh and ambitious nurse willing to be trained in Senior Nannies operation systems and willing to travel to various facilities. This role provides leadership to field staff, ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, and promotes excellence in clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the daily operations of home health clinical services.
- Supervise field clinicians, including RNs, LPNs, therapists, and home health aides.
- Coordinate patient assignments, visit scheduling, and staff productivity.
- Ensure clinical documentation is complete, accurate, and timely, in accordance with AHCA guidelines.
- Monitor compliance with CMS Conditions of Participation, state regulations, and agency standards.
- Conduct clinical chart reviews and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support, education, and performance feedback to clinical staff.
- Participate in the orientation and competency validation of new hires.
- Perform in-home supervisory visits and patient assessments as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between the nursing department, physicians, patients, and families.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to clinical concerns or emergencies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Licensure: Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Experience: _ 4 years of recent clinical experience in home health_; 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of home health regulations, CHAPs documentation, and Medicare guidelines.
- Proficiency in home health documentation systems and EMRs (e.g., Homecare Homebase, Kinnser, WellSky).
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Effective communicator and problem-solver, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Working Conditions:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
