Job Summary
We are adding GAS Forklift soon to avoid Manuel forklift and use upper shelves for more space in the warehouse.Support service and sales departments with inventory and shipping needs
Responsibilities
- Operate manual and GAS forklift, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments of copiers, printers, and related equipment.
- Unbox, tag, and organize inventory ( NEW AND USED EQUIPMENTS , PARTS ) according to model and serial numbers.
- Prepare and stage equipment for delivery and installation.Assist technicians with pre-delivery setup (software installation, firmware updates, testing, cleaning).
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels using inventory management systems. ( E-automate software )Pack and ship outbound equipment, toner, parts, and supplies to customers or service technicians.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders.Handle return units, including inspection, documentation, Data Format ( Hard Disk Drive) and restocking or disposal.Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Operate forklift, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely. We are adding GAS Forklift soon to avoid Manuel forklift and use upper shelves for more space in the warehouse.
- Support service and sales departments with inventory and shipping needs.Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, or low stock levels to the Warehouse Manager.
- Maintain Company delivery truck wash every 2 weeks ( / Oil change and service).
- Assist in maintaining copier demo units or showroom equipment.
- Support periodic inventory counts and audits.Help with recycling of used toner, cartridges, and parts in accordance with company policy.
- Participate in process improvements for warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks within a warehouse or construction setting .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
