Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Monitor health and report changes to supervisors.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
Requirements:
- HHA Certificate or CNA License (valid in Florida).
- Active CPR Certification (American Heart Association, Red Cross, or ASHI).
- Current Health Statement (within the last 6 months).
- Continuing Education Units (CEUs):
- Alzheimer's (2 hours)
- Prevention of Medical Errors (2 hours)
- HIV/AIDS (1 hour)
