Role Description: The Mover role is a full-time, on-site position based in Deltona, FL . Movers support daily moving operation, including packing, loading, transporting, and unloaded household items with care and efficiency. This role involves preparing items for safe transport, organizing and labeling boxes, and setting up furniture and belongings at the destination as directed by clients or supervisors. Movers interact directly with customers, providing courteous, clear communication and practical assistance throughout the moving process. The position also includes maintaining a clean work environment, following all safety guidelines, and collaborating with team members to complete moves on time and to company standards.
Qualifications:
-Ability to perform physical tasks, including, lifting, carrying, and moving furniture and boxes safely throughout a workday.
-Strong customer services skills, including respectful dress and speech.
-Valid driver's license and safe driving record; experience driving moving trucks or vans is a plus.
-Prior experience in moving, logistics, warehouse, or other hands-on roles is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
