Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care and a strong understanding of the needs of those requiring assistance, including seniors and individuals with disabilities. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety and comfort, and fostering a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide patient observation and monitoring to ensure health and safety.
- Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe and tidy living environment.
- Support clients with mobility needs.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and well-being.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations while providing care.
- Document patient care activities accurately and report any changes in condition to appropriate personnel.
