Position summary
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
- Document resident status and progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Serve as a resource and advocate for residents and their families
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Current SC RN license in good standing
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Strong clinical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Commitment to quality, safety, and resident-centered care
