Lawncare Crew Lead (South Raleigh/Triad, NC)

We’re looking for a dedicated Lawncare Crew Lead to help ensure that our outdoor spaces remain inviting, safe, and meticulously maintained year-round.

Position Summary:
The Lawncare Crew Lead is responsible for leading a team in the maintenance and beautification of grounds across our senior living communities. This hands-on role includes lawn care, landscaping, seasonal clean-up, and routine equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate is a dependable, hardworking team leader who takes pride in a job well done and understands the importance of curb appeal in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and work alongside a crew to perform all aspects of lawn and landscape maintenance

• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and more

• Ensure safety protocols and high-quality standards are followed on every job site

• Monitor schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion of work

• Communicate with community leaders and property management staff as needed

• Perform seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow prep, and planting

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in lawncare, landscaping, or groundskeeping

• 1 year of experience leading a crew or team preferred

• Strong knowledge of landscape tools and equipment

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
