Center Point Heights is seeking a driven, resident-focused Executive Director of Assisted Living to lead our community into its next chapter of growth. The Executive Director sets the tone for the entire operation, ensuring residents thrive, families feel confident in their choice, and staff are supported in doing their best work.
What You'll Own
- Direct the daily operations of the community, ensuring full compliance with state and federal assisted living regulations.
- Build and manage the community budget, driving financial sustainability, occupancy growth, and operational efficiency.
- Lead census development and sales performance, partnering with the sales team to convert inquiries into move-ins and hold the community accountable to occupancy targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of excellence and accountability in senior care.
- Champion programs that elevate residents' quality of life, including memory care initiatives and home and community-based care programs.
- Partner with healthcare providers to ensure every resident has a comprehensive, current care plan.
- Serve as the face of Center Point Heights for residents, families, and staff, maintaining open, confident communication that builds trust.
- Own all safety and risk protocols, protecting residents and staff through proactive, well-practiced procedures.
- Represent Center Point Heights in the community, building referral relationships and driving outreach that grows the community's reputation and pipeline.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or hospitality management preferred.
- At least two years of experience in a related leadership role, ideally within senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
- A track record of sales or census development success, with the confidence to lead tours, close move-ins, and coach others to do the same.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to unite and motivate a diverse team around a shared standard of care.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management within a long-term care or senior living setting.
- Working knowledge of operations management principles specific to assisted living or group home environments.
- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape governing senior care facilities, including memory care requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with residents, families, and team members.
- An entrepreneurial mindset for developing programs that meet seniors' evolving needs across every stage of life.
