- Oversee scheduling of waitstaff, setup of meals and special events, and cleanliness of Dining Room
- Serve as a server when the need arises

- Certification: Food Safety certification, preferred
- Physical requirements : Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture
- Communication : An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
- Leadership : One year of experience with supervising or training staff
