WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Assist with new resident paperwork and business files
- Assist with new hire paperwork and maintaining files
- Manage inventory and order office supplies
- Notify residents of deliveries, activity reminders, and appointment reminders
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Manage calendars, scheduling and preparing for staff meetings
- Teamwork: Promote a positive team spirit and a culture of cooperation, openness, enthusiasm, customer service, and an atmosphere conducive to growth.
- Technical Ability: You can’t be successful at this job if you are averse to technology! We use technology to do our jobs and communicate with residents, families and coworkers.

Salary : $22 - $25
