What are the responsibilities and job description for the Memory care coordinator position at Senior Living Management?
- Marketing & community relations
- Conduct tours / community presentation for inquiries, guests and referral sources
- External sales calls and professional relationship development
- Assist with developing / maintaining Top Twenty Professional Referral List
- Accurate and timely completion of marketing reports and maintenance of sales tracking system
- Admissions & Discharges of Residents
- Recordkeeping as required by federal and state laws / regulations
- Reporting to Home Office
- Liaison to Resident and Families, as well as employees
Job Requirements :
- Experience in ALF, geriatric, rehabilitation, nursing or similar environment preferred
- Marketing & Sales experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel
- Knowledge of basic accounting procedures / bookkeeping experience a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and to handle confidential information
- Ability to manage stress effectively and maintain professional demeanor at all times
- Clean driving record
