Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Real Estate & Transactional Law : Provide legal counsel on real estate matters, including acquisitions, leases, and property management agreements.Contract Review & Negotiation : Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to operations, vendor agreements, and other business transactions.Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to state and federal healthcare regulations, including licensing, reimbursement, and industry standards.Risk Management : Identify and mitigate potential legal risks related to senior living operations, employment law, and corporate governance.Corporate Support : Assist in structuring transactions and business strategies that align with company goals while minimizing legal exposure.Litigation & Dispute Resolution : Provide guidance on dispute resolution and collaborate with outside counsel as needed.Operational Support : Work closely with leadership, operations, and human resources teams to address legal concerns and implement best practices.Qualifications :
