Job Summary:
The Resident Care Coordinator-LPN is responsible for implementing standards of resident care on a 24-hour basis in the AL/MC units of the campus. This position oversees the nursing aspects, directing and evaluating all Assisted Living, Alzheimer's personnel providing direct resident care within the campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains residents' charts, including admission documents, care plans, records of care, and state regulatory agency requirements.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and other governmental regulations, acting as liaison between the campus and regulatory agencies.
- Administers resident medications, assesses responses, and makes adjustments or recommendations as necessary.
- Participates in staff meetings, leads nursing programs, conducts daily resident rounds, and initiates corrective action when needed.
- Attends in-service training and education programs as scheduled.
Requirements:
- Current LPN State Licensure required.
