Position Summary: This position is responsible for day to day operations as it relates to resident care while promoting and integrating the mission and philosophy of Senior Lifestyle Corporation. The RCC manages the care staff in AL by scheduling, evaluating, and supporting the frontline care staff while reporting to the HWD. The RCC should be in close contact with resident families and be instrumental in care plan meetings and service issues as they relate to care.
Essential Functions:
Qualifications/Skills/Educational Requirements: Area of Study: General Years of Experience: 3-5 years caregiver experience preferred Type of Experience: CAN experience preferred, scheduling, communicating with families Special Certifications: Prefer CNA Language Skills: Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak, read, write, and communicate with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and applicable third parties. Technical Competencies: Basic computer skills, Excel for scheduling Skills and Ability:

- Support HWD by managing Assisted Living team members.
- Schedule Assisted Living team members.
- Participate in Care Plan meetings with families and residents and manage ISP’s as resident needs change.
- Promote all company policies by ensuring SLC communities are providing the best care possible for our residents.
- Participate in weekly at risk meetings with HWD, ED, MCC/ MCD to ensure leadership team is aware of all resident needs.
- Review and implement all necessary processes for optimal operational efficiency such as- shower schedules, laundry schedules, caregiver assignment sheets, etc.
- Any additional duties that HWD or ED may require to ensure excellent care for our residents.
- Performs other duties as assigned
