**Executive Director/Nursing Home Administrator

In this leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the senior living community to ensure exceptional hospitality and resident satisfaction.
- Act as the on-site executive for all operations, serving as the main point of contact for staff, residents, prospects, community organizations, government agencies, and the public when needed.
- Maintain resident retention by working closely with residents and their families to address any issues that may arise.
- Respond and follow up with all inquiries in a timely and appropriate manner.
The successful candidate will possess strong management skills, excellent communication and listening abilities, and a willingness to work harmoniously with all staff members.
We seek an individual with 3 years of sales and marketing or business management experience, preferably in the Senior Housing Industry. A CCRC management background is highly desirable.
This role requires an active NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATOR license for the State of Maine and a commitment to promoting and protecting resident rights, assisting them in making informed decisions, and treating them with dignity and respect.
You will also play an integral part in the community's social and civic affairs by representing Gorham House in local, state, and professional organizations.
