In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas.

• Operating cleaning equipment
• Removing stains, buffing, polishing and waxing floors
• Cleaning and sanitizing floors and carpets
• Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
• You may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
• General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas.
• Trash removal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
