Senior LIFE is currently seeking LPNs to fill a full time, permanent, position at Senior LIFE. The ideal candidate will hold a current state of Pennsylvania LPN license, valid driver's license, and must have one year's experience working specifically with an elderly or aging population.

- Must have a current state of Pennsylvania LPN License

Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Provide high quality nursing care to members, as prescribed by the physician and approved care plan
- Implementing care and other services following a thorough member assessment and approved plan initiated by the RN
- Providing accurate and timely documentation of all member services to reflect approved care plans

As such, nurse candidates must have strong clinical competency and advanced knowledge/skills.
