Responsibilities
The Home Health Aide plays a vital role in delivering compassionate, personalized care to our Seniors. This position is based on-site at our Washington location, where you’ll provide one-on-one support in our Day Room setting.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing direct, individualized care in a structured day program environment
Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral hygiene
Supporting therapeutic exercises and activities as guided by on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapists
Administering medications under the supervision of an on-site Registered Nurse (RN)
Observing and reporting changes in patients’ conditions to RNs or therapists
Promoting a safe and supportive environment, reporting any potential safety concerns
Accurately documenting patient care and activity as required
Performing additional duties based on individual care plans or team direction
