To fulfill this mission, Seniors at Home is seeking hardworking, dedicated, and compassionate professionals to join its team, including a Scheduler who will schedule and coordinate Home Health Aides for both the center as well as for member in-home visits. The Scheduler must have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to multi-task and manage many different member needs and scheduling requirements.

Daily responsibilities include

• Creating daily and monthly in-center and in-home schedules for Member Aides
• Communicating schedule changes to in-home caregivers
• Monitoring daily schedules to ensure all members receive their scheduled care/services
• Monitoring staff call-outs and vacation requests
• Scheduling fill-in Member Assistants based on time-off requests
• Performing general administrative duties including answering/transferring calls
  
  
  

It is essential that prospective candidates have a positive attitude, strong listening skills, and can work cooperatively with others. A high school diploma or equivalent GED, plus at least one year’s experience in an office setting is required for this role, as is computer experience.
