We are seeking an energetic, organized, and compassionate Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our community while ensuring an exceptional resident experience.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Community Manager is responsible for the overall management, occupancy growth, resident satisfaction, financial performance, and daily operations of the community. This individual will serve as the face of the community, building relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and the local community.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels in customer service, sales, operations, and team leadership.
KEY RESPONSILITIES
· Oversee the daily operations of the independent living community.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
· Address resident concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
· Build strong relationships with residents and their families.
· Conduct community tours for prospective residents and families.
· Manage inquiries, follow-up activities, and move-in coordination.
· Work to achieve and maintain occupancy goals.
· Assist with budgeting and expense management.
· Monitor accounts receivable and rent collections.
· Promote a positive workplace culture focused on service excellence and accountability.
· Build partnerships with healthcare providers, senior organizations, churches, and community groups.
· Support marketing initiatives to increase visibility and occupancy.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Active Adult Communities, or Senior Housing.
· Proven track record of increasing occupancy and resident satisfaction.
· Strong leadership and team-building skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Basic understanding of budgeting and financial management.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
Pay: $41,600.00 - $45,760.00 per year
