- Adhere to company policies and safety standards at all times
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to work weekends and overnight shifts reliably.
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to seniors’ needs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to pass background checks.
