About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and highly professional Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team on a contracted basis. This role specifically oversees and approves start of care plans. Must have strong clinical judgment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Review and approve Start of Care Plans to ensure compliance with care standards
Oversee and support best practices in home care delivery
Collaborate with leadership to maintain a culture of professionalism, compassion, and excellence
Maintain clear, timely documentation according to state and agency guidelines and filling out appropriate paperwork
Current and active RN license
Home Care, Long-term Care, Or Supervisory Experience Preferred
Excellent communication both written and verbal, professionalism, and clinical judgment
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, contracted schedule
